Angling Events - Spring 2025

Angle for the Community events will start up again in the warmer weather after New Year.

Cold temperature are a factor in the Health and Safety of our members and the fish will be in a state of torpor, in effect, hibernation.

 

Homestead Lakes - Taster Day - 13th August 2022

Homestead Park Lake in Immingham was the venue for the opening 'Taster Day' of the AFTC group on Saturday 13th August 2022. Organised with great efficiency and speed by Ken Reader and Dave Taylor, the opening day was a great success aided by glorious weather and, more importantly, no empty nets!

The 'green light' was given for Angle For The Community only days before this event, so Ken and Dave did a fantastic job and presented a great start to the AFTC events calendar.
